These terms apply to this website and to software provided by Hoobal Ltd ("Hoobal"), including Enquiry Manager. Business customers may also have a separate service agreement, which takes precedence over these terms.
Using our software
You must use the software lawfully and only for your dealership's business. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for the data you enter.
Apps from the App Store
Apps downloaded from the Apple App Store are also licensed under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
Intellectual property
The software and this website are owned by Hoobal. You may not copy, modify or resell them without our written permission.
Availability
We aim to keep the service available at all times but cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability is limited as set out in your service agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
